Sharlyn is a true Florida native, born in Valparaiso. In our transient area, it is refreshing to

discover someone who has been here all along and has witnessed the growth this wonderful area
has experienced. Together, Sharlyn and her husband, Gary have built five homes in the Fort
Walton Beach and Niceville area. They have raised three grown daughters who are now also
members of the community and are all proud homeowners. Sharlyn has worked in Banking,
Fitness, Sales and was the owner of her own business as well, but finds real estate the most
rewarding of all. Sharlyn is great with helping military families settle into the community.

Throughout her career, Sharlyn has always enjoyed helping others. Sharlyn is eager to join
in and participate any community event, helping in any way possible. Sharlyn shares this
enthusiasm and helpfulness in working with her clients, helping them find just the right home.

Sharlyn takes her love for homebuilding and puts her vast knowledge and experience to work
advising clients who want to build a custom home or purchase a presale home to be completed.

new construction.

Sharlyn finds real estate to be very rewarding. She says she has always encouraged her clients
to find the home that expresses their individuality and meets the needs of their family. Sharlyn
stays abreast of the ever changing housing market and takes many classes to be as informed as
possible, so that she can help her clients.

Sharlyn enjoys working with clients in all areas, and is especially familiar with Bluewater Bay,
Parkwood, and Raintree where she has helped many clients buy and sale homes.
